The internet is reacting today to the news that Briana DeJesus is getting a WHOLE bunch of plastic surgery.

Our own feeling here is that we're impressed by the fact that Briana just had a baby and is willing to undergo more pain with a number of medical procedures to look more beauitful. Still, according to the Ashley:

"For those of you trying to follow along at home, that means that by next year, 23-year-old Briana will have undergone three breast surgeries, a labioplasty, liposuction, a Brazilian Butt Lift and a tummy tuck.

She is about to give her fellow 'Teen Mom' co-star (and plastic surgery enthusiast) Farrah Abraham a run for her (MTV) money for most plastic 'Teen Mom!'"

A good question about this news, however, is how does Briana have the stamina to undergo all of this work? And why undergo the first round of surgery if she was going to need all of the other procedures after having a second baby.

Here's our guess: Either Briana just has really poor self-esteem or she is gunning for a reality show spinoff.

Unfortunately, the one thing that Teen Mom seems to have down for its stars is teach them there's only one way to make money when you have a teenage pregnancy and aren't educated: Reality TV, reality TV, reality TV. And what does better on reality TV? That's right, drama and outrageous antics.

In any case, we're intrigued to see just how things turn out for Briana.
