Maci Bookout must be soooooo relieved that she decided to leave Ryan when she did 'cause all this guy has done in the meantime (as opposed to other teen mom hubbies) is develop a pretty persistent drug addiction and REALLY bad judgment (what with the driving under the influence and getting in trouble with the law because he walked out on a restaurant bill).

In any case, we're here to give you the good 'ole update on Mac and how she's been handling being pregnant, having a baby, oh yah, and losing her lucrative MTV gig.

Gawd she must hate Maci (yeah that family photo op by the way didn't convince anyone).

It turns out Mac is more loyal than a hound dog because on her most recent Instagram story she posted a pic of some flowers next to photos of her and Ryan. Oh boy. This girl needs to ditch this guy REALLY fast.

Either that, or attracting the publicity for a stunt like this is really all that foots her bills since the poor girl ain't working anymore.

You gotta admit, that's a lot of potential endorsements if she gets a whole bunch of people feeling sorry for her on Instagram.
